CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other guests. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total and may be required to prepay for future bookings. We appreciate your understanding and support in respecting our time as well as other guests’ appointment availability.
